Where we stand today
MyRxWallet Foundation is a real, filed Wyoming Public Benefit Nonprofit Corporation, incorporated July 20, 2026 — a separate legal entity from MyRxWallet North America Corporation, the for-profit company that operates the MyRxWallet health technology platform.
We are currently pursuing 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. We can accept grants and gifts today — but until our exempt determination is confirmed by the IRS, contributions to MyRxWallet Foundation are not guaranteed to be tax-deductible for the donor. If deductibility matters for your decision, please confirm current status with us before finalizing, and consult your own tax advisor.
