What's real, right now

MyRxWallet Foundation is a real, filed Wyoming Public Benefit Nonprofit Corporation, incorporated July 20, 2026.

Our purpose, as stated in our founding documents: research, development, and governance of blockchain-based healthcare identity and consent infrastructure; educational and scientific initiatives; and advancing equitable healthcare access for underserved populations.

We are a separate legal entity from MyRxWallet North America Corporation, the for-profit company that operates the MyRxWallet health technology platform.

We are currently pursuing 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. We do not represent ourselves as already tax-exempt, and neither should you assume it until it's confirmed.

How we're building, in order

Getting an organization like this right takes a real sequence — we're not skipping steps to move faster.

Governance first. A seated board of directors is the foundation everything else depends on — legally and practically.

Operational leadership. Day-to-day accountability, compliance, and coordination with legal and financial advisors.

Financial infrastructure. Clean, auditable books from day one — the foundation of both regulatory compliance and donor trust.

Mission programs. Health services, pharmacy access, medical devices, labs, transportation, food & nutrition, and home health — funded and staffed once the above is in place.
